We are pleased to announce Magnums Method, a new style of remote delivery designed to overcome the COVID-19 on-site constraints and beyond.

 

An outstanding opportunity for a cost-effective solution to superior training.

 

For example, the Magnums Method creates and brings the remote training of 7 Star Butler Service to a different level by harnessing the benefits and advantages of online Learning Experiences. Based on the individual student or clients requirements, Magnums offers a Learning Experience that typically lasts from 5 -8 weeks. each student will be individually assessed and tested to follow a tailored program. These Learning Experiences can be delivered singly or to a large group of students , both situations work effectively and successfully.

 

Students will receive a series of Digital Learning Boxes  throughout the scheduled days with access to materials such as handbooks, online videos and assignments covering 10 Magnums modules.

Training areas include grooming, food service, wine and beverages, front office, guest service, housekeeping, administration and more.

 

At the end of each module, students will be evaluated based on their feedback and completed assignments. According to these results, students may be encouraged to revisit certain modules to build on their strengths or address areas of weakness.

 

The path to full Magnums accreditation

An interim certificate will be issued to students at the end of theory stage. Full Magnums certification will only be awarded based on their performance on the final online examination.

 

Josephine Ive, Director and Principal Trainer at Magnums Academy, or one of Magnums well-qualified team of trainers, will personally guide and mentor students through practical projects via Zoom, Skype or Webex conferencing. These intensive sessions will be conducted at specific venues relevant to the training and students are expected to participate in feedback and discussions.

 

New format, added benefits

To owners of elite hotels and luxury yachts, Magnums Method provides your service personnel with full training without the high costs of in-house training. Greater coverage can be achieved with flexibility without taking staff off the floor or disrupting rostering.

 

To students requiring a refresher course or learning new skills, the Magnums Method allows you to learn at your own pace on your own device while maintaining a connection to the trainers. You get to revisit the modules and resources as often as you like for deeper understanding.
