Terms and Conditions

By completing this program registration form, the student agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The below applies both to Magnums Luxury Yacht Service  students.


Registration and Payment

Upon completion of the program registration form, the student will then complete full payment 14 days before the appropriate course, by either bank transfer or Paypal.



 Should any program registration be cancelled at the request of the student a fee shall apply as follows:

• Cancellation up to 3 month’s notice prior to program date – no fee but any fees that have been incurred for service fees, transfer fees and currency exchange will be deducted accordingly. 

• Cancellation prior to 14 days of program date will incur a flat administration fee of EUR 50 plus any fees that have been incurred for transfer fees, currency exchange and service fees.

.  Cancellation from 13 days – 4 days prior to date of program will incur a flat administration fee of EUR 75 plus any fees that have been incurred for transfer fees, currency exchange and service fees.

• Cancellation with less than 3 days notice, no refund if any fees paid



Due to circumstances surrounding COVID19, and in line with current trading practices, Magnums Academy is offering full credit notes to all students who have made payments, prior to March 20, 2020, for programs scheduled in 2020 or 2021. We have made this decision because Magnums Academy has paid for venue and program costs in advance and these payments are being held by our suppliers accordingly, thus Magnums Academy is affected in much the same way as students. These credit notes can be used against any Magnums Academy program of the students choosing. Students can apply for a refund of a credit note, but a fee of 50% will be deducted.

Magnums Academy apologizes for any inconvenience and hardship,  as soon as restrictions are lifted in different global program regions, students with registrations will be informed of the revised and new scheduled dates for purposes of rescheduling.


Magnums Luxury Yacht Service reserves the right to cancel any program if insufficient student registrations have been received, in which case a full 100% program price refund will be made to individual students within 7 days of the original program commencement date.


Magnums luxury Yacht Service does not take any responsibility for flights, accommodation etc. made by the student.



100% attendance is required by all students for their applicable course.  There are minimum guided learning hours (GLH) for each course.



Upon request each student will be issued with a standard Magnums Academy Certificate of Attendance on the final day of the program. 



Should you wish to receive a relevant IAMI GUEST PROGRAM certificate, a processing fee of EUR 42 will be applicable.
